Nicola Morganti operates this website as an independent developer and designer based in Europe. Contact: hello@nicola-morganti.ch.

What this site does

The site publishes portfolio content (projects, writing about process, and contact details). It does not require you to create an account, and it does not sell products online.

Data that may be processed

• Contact emails — if you write to hello@nicola-morganti.ch, the message content and your email address are processed to reply and manage the conversation.
• Technical logs — hosting and CDN providers (currently Vercel) may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• No account profiles — this site does not store user logins, payment details, or marketing preference centers.

Cookies and analytics

This portfolio does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. The host may set strictly necessary cookies or collect aggregated traffic metrics as part of operating the site securely. If first-party analytics are added later, this page will be updated.

Sharing

Personal data from emails is not sold. It may be processed by email providers and website infrastructure processors acting on instruction to deliver the service. Links to GitHub or other external sites are subject to those sites' own policies.

Retention

Email conversations are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any related project follow-up, unless a longer period is required for legal reasons.

Your requests

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data held about you from correspondence. Email hello@nicola-morganti.ch and I will respond within a reasonable time.
